how to help a fellow colleague that you and others do not like

the decent thing to do is not make him lose his job and sit at home as he got bills to pay too just like you and me.

where i experienced in the past has no decency to speak of!

so imagine that you and others loathe this colleague and the more you guys should send his CV to headhunters and put in strong good words for him. in this way, he will get hired sooner or later and leave you guys in peace. you are actually helping him and also helping yourselves.

this decent practice i believe is still going on but not many know about it. so, if one day, you get a phone call from a headhunter, be wary as this could be a ploy to make you go away! LMAO.
