Two different scenarios in our daily lives…

take time to think if this is anyway true!

the story of a swiss utility tool about $20/-, the below was my exact feedback to their head office. apparently, I was encouraged to contact them by myself! 😏 it is a good thing I think!

“quality issue and too high risk to use cos’ the extended knife blade can’t be kept-slide back after sliding out?!
I spoken to the stores in my neighbourhood deemed warranty expired and couldn’t refund
despite me saying that it can cut up fingers and toes! prone too high risk to even take out from the gift box!
hence, please kindly take note of such unwarranted risk, it can even kill!
also, I do not blame the guys at the store cos’ they are doing their job but they “may” have some limitation in their scope of work and I was encouraged to come to you directly! I am a weekly regular shopper at your supermarket. I like to buy and test out some of your very useful products I must say! but a few I noticed have serious quality issues! to name… a few your vacuum ss mug exploded couple of times with little provocation such as slight knock but fair enough, it was after a year’s use! I got scalded but I do not like to make a mountain out of a molehill! however, I must warn that these days, I enjoy being a good Samaritan to voice out any bad especially dangerous people and items to use!!
the above writing may sound “crazy” but think of the consequences if a “local white” in the community get hurt by your inferior quality product?! he will go on the mainstream news for losing a finger and then the company may have to compensate him!

THIS is pre-emptive meaning you can foresee something wrong and yet keeping quiet is no good cos’ others may get injured or harmed! and you are dancing with joy at his expense!” 😏💃

I also bought few boxes of the knives for my friends! I thought it will be good if purchaser in office can be more stringent with what was offered to him which was why I started coming to your stores in my initial years!

you are at Melbourne airport arrival hall, some odd Asian faced senior with a lost face who can’t speak English was gesturing to you if he can use your phone or even you yourself to help him make a phone call. will you? if he too said that he has no money in his pocket, will you spare him a ten dollar note or even invite him home for a night?! I think most locals will have no qualms lending him the phone but if you are in another zone of the world, high chance is that NO WAY! Cos’ the culture and high suspicion is different from where he come from or izzit?! what say you?!
