forget about ssds

By benbam

you are better off with a hybrid drive. ssds like all other hard disks do fail and when that happen, it’s more costly to recover data than mechanical hard disks.

besides, you can actually recover data by yourself for the old mechanical hard disks, and as for ssds, chances are that you will need to send it to a laboratory or find a

specialist to recover your data. in view of such circumstances, having a hybrid drive such as a sshd is better off.

the above are my personal opinion based on experience gathered working on data recovery.

more information on ssds and hybrid drives can sought after by asking uncle google so i am not going to put out the information here.
